Where do you ship to?

Singapore only.

We do not ship to the following areas in Singapore - Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.

How long does shipping take?

We carefully hand-pour and pack each melt with love! Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Do expect slight delays during the festive season, sale periods, and other major holidays in Singapore. For custom or bulk orders, production can take up to a month, so plan ahead!

What is the shipping fee?

Shipping is complimentary with a minimum spend of S$50. For purchases below S$50, we charge a nominal fee of S$2.50 for all deliveries. All local deliveries come with tracking details.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email confirmation. If it doesn’t appear within 15 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder and refresh your inbox. Still can’t find it? Drop us a line at hellokitsbyco@gmail.com — we’ve got you!

Lost in transit or wrong address?

Once your order has been sent via standard mail, we’re not able to take responsibility for lost items. If your parcel goes missing, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help!

Please verify the shipping address and contact information before confirmation. Get in touch with us immediately at hellokitsbyco@gmail.com if you've entered your address wrongly. If a package is returned to us due to an errant address, additional shipping fees will apply.

What is the return policy?

We’re really sorry, but we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. Each wax melt is carefully crafted and packaged for freshness, and once it leaves us, we can’t guarantee it’ll stay perfect if returned. We promise it’ll be worth it — and your space will smell amazing!

If you’ve received the wrong item, please email us at hellokitsbyco@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item. If the correct item is out of stock, we’ll let you know when it’s available or offer you store credit instead. We will access each request on a case by case basis and do our best to find a solution with you.
